Would you like to become a member of the Santa Clara Valley Model A Ford Club?

Please fill out the below information. Membership in the SCVC is $35.00 per year per family. Prorated dues are available for new members for their first partial year. Membership in MAFCA is a prerequisite to membership. Find out how to apply for MAFCA membership here. MAFCA membership dues are $50.00 per year.

Consideration for membership requires the new member(s) to attend two club functions prior to approval. Family membership includes you, your spouse/significant other and your children up to age 21.
